NCDS has been recognized, for over forty years, as a leading training organization in the dispute resolution field. Founded in cooperation with the Ford and Rockefeller Foundations, NCDS pioneered the use of arbitration, mediation, and negotiation procedures to resolve industry, community, and public sector disputes. We also helped train public sector unions, employers, employees, and neutrals in arbitration, mediation, and negotiation.
