Before starting an eFile Claim, you will need your 17 character Vehicle Identification Number or VIN. We also encourage you to have your Repair Orders readily available. After submitting your claim, you will have an opportunity to upload Repair Orders, Repair Receipts, and a Detailed Description of your concern(s).

Hearing Type Notice
If you reside in California and your claim is for a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, RAM, Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Tesla, or Toyota vehicle, you can select from one of the following hearing types when completing your claim form:
- A Teleconference, Oral Arbitration Hearing*
- An In-person, Oral Arbitration Hearing
- A Documents-Only, Arbitration Hearing

For all other States and all other vehicle brands in California, you can from one of the following hearing types when completing your claim form:
- A Teleconference, Oral Arbitration Hearing*
- A Documents-Only, Arbitration Hearing
* The Teleconference, Oral Arbitration Hearing most closely resembles an In-person, Oral Arbitration Hearing in that you can present oral testimony.
