The Mission of the National Center for Dispute Settlement is to deliver the best alternative dispute resolution training and case management services for disputants of automotive, community, construction, employment, government, healthcare, labor, real property, and domestic/family matters. We will provide a "best practices" application approach to the design and implementation of national ADR programs to resolve disputes, and administer services in a neutral, more efficient, and qualitative manner to satisfy our clients, thereby creating opportunities and financial rewards for our employees, associations, and shareholders.
