Lester B. Wolff has held leadership positions in dispute resolution organizations for nearly 30 years, first as Vice President of the American Arbitration Association and then Homeowners Warranty Corporation. Under his leadership for the past 25 years, NCDS has become one of the nation's premier providers of dispute settlement services.

Ed Hartfield, Executive Director
Edward F. Hartfield is an internationally recognized negotiator, mediator, writer, and teacher. His 25-year career in dispute settlement includes Commissioner with the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service, Mediator with the New Jersey Office of Dispute Settlement, President of the Society of Professionals in Dispute Resolution and a term as a member of the Federal Services Impasse panel.
