 Dispute System Design

In an increasingly litigious environment, many organizations are turning to alternate dispute resolution systems to reduce their litigation exposure and improve their capacity to resolve disputes at the earliest possible time. NCDS helps organizations sort through the maze of alternatives ranging from internal versus external mediation and arbitration, peer review groups, judicial review boards, and company-provided advisers, advocates and ombudsmen.

NCDS works with parties to help design effective systems of dispute resolution that fit each organization's needs. NCDS has extensive experience in designing dispute resolution systems in employment, labor, consumer, and commercial areas.
