NCDS has administered automobile manufacturers' warranty arbitration programs since 1995. The disputes are those arising between a manufacturer and an individual customer regarding an alleged defect(s) in the material or workmanship of the customer's vehicle. Typically these disputes are those which occur within the duration of the manufacturers' warranty period, unless another time period is set by a particular manufacturer.
